
Simple Serenity offers a variety of non-medical, home supports such as:π ͺ Companionship - conversation, games, walks, outingsπ ͺ Light meal preparation - a single meal for immediate consumption or a larger meal to freeze for future reheatingπ ͺ Light housekeeping - simple tidying, dusting, laundryπ ͺ Technology support - texts, emails, video calls, simple computer/printer set upπ ͺ Organization - schedules, to-do lists, downsizingπ ͺ Errands - together or on your behalf, roundtrip rides to appointmentsπ ͺ Respite care - a break for the full-time caregiver so they can rest, attend appointments, run errands or spend time with other family & friendsπ ͺ And more!As long as the task is permissible under our MN State registration, we can likely assist with it. π ͺ We offer a competitive hourly rate which covers all available services during your visit.π ͺ There is an added fee of $0.75 per mile for transportation services.π ͺ Our main service area is Roseville, Arden Hills, Shoreview, North Oaks, Little Canada, Vadnais Heights, White Bear Lake, Oakdale and parts of Maplewood and St. Paul. We are happy to serve surrounding areas, but a travel surcharge and longer minimum visit length may apply.π ͺ One-time clients are asked to pay at the time of service. Ongoing clients can opt for monthly billing.π ͺ Simple Serenity is private pay only. Whether listening to their stories or helping them navigate their current circumstances, she is passionate about supporting everyone in becoming the strongest version of themselves.Sarah has a degree in Social Work from the University of Saint Thomas and 20 years of experience in related fields.She is dementia-certified through the Alzheimer's Association as well as CPR/AED & First Aid certified through the American Red Cross.In her free time, Sarah can be found spending time with her husband, children, family and friends, out in the garden, reading or on a walk.
